What data of the users we collect?

This application is compliant with the latest Indian Government Data privacy laws. based on your profile that whether you are a service provider or an end user, the specific and limited data is collected which may include Name, contact details, mobile number, email address, and location details etc. and if you are a service provider then the details regarding your registration and qualifications etc. 

For what purpose the data is collected, and how we process that?

The collected data are saved with topmost security using the security features of the server. if you are a end users then your personal information are only collected whenever you make any order/booking for a service and the same will only be accessible to you and the particular service provider for whom you have made an order/booking, no one else can ever access that data.

if you are a service provider than the data including your name and designation/qualification/speciality etc. will be visible and accessible to all the end users of the application, but your registration details will not be accessible to anyone except the admin of the application.
